Health & Safety Protocols

All artists, staff members, volunteers, and attendees must provide the following at the door:

Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination ;

  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination may be satisfied by presenting an original or photograph of a COVID-19 vaccination card, and the name on the participant’s vaccination card must match the participant’s government-issued ID presented at the event.
  • Must be 14 days after the final dose, which shall be no later than September 18, 2021.

OR

A negative COVID-19 test from a recognized authority dated within 72 hours of the event;

  • Self-administered, home tests will not be accepted.

AND

Attest that they are symptom-free before entering the building.

All artists, staff members, volunteers, and attendees are required to wear face masks during the event (except when actively eating or drinking), observe proper hygiene, and physically distance where possible.

  • Please note that speakers may remove masks when they are actively speaking on stage.

These health and safety protocols are based on current disease dynamics and CDC best practices, and policies will respond to and adapt with the science. These policies are subject to additions and changes and will be communicated in advance.
