Weekend Arts Preview 12/20-12/22

The winter solstice is here, bringing the longest night of the year, and OZ Arts Nashville & Portara Ensemble celebrate the occasion with Jason Shelton’s The Longest Night, a multidisciplinary, multi-community celebration blending original music and spoken word with traditional songs and carols, storytelling, and dance. Nashville Symphony marks the season with Handel’s Messiah, and of course, the Nashville Ballet continues to marvel audiences with Nashville’s Nutcracker, an unparalleled annual tradition. The arts community is sure to get you in the spirit of the season with the remarkable lineup of events happening this weekend in Nashville!
