The Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville (ABC) proudly announces the selection of 14 business professionals for the spring cohort of Arts Board Matching! This is the first of two cohorts in 2022, continuing ABC’s efforts to expand the reach of this instrumental program that prepares business professionals for nonprofit board service and matches them with Nashville-based arts organizations.
“Support from the business community is essential to the success of Nashville’s creative sector,” said Jill McMillan Palm, Executive Director of the Arts & Business Council. “We are thrilled these 14 business professionals are seeking to use their time, talent, and treasure as future nonprofit board members to champion the vital work of these arts organizations.”

Tim Bartlett
Parks Real Estate
Tim Bartlett is a top producing Realtor who specializes in working with both buyers and sellers in the Nashville market. Tim has over a decade of real estate experience and has over $100 million in sales. Starting in 2012 he was named his office’s Rookie of the Year. After joining Parks Broadwest in 2018, he has become a Top 5 Agent in his company. In 2021 he joined an exclusive list as a Top 1% Producing Agent in Nashville.
Tim is a member of the Nashville Association of Realtors Affordability Committee and a former member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors Forms Committee, where they wrote and revised the real estate legal documents all agents use.
Tim lives in East Nashville with his wife Jamie, their daughter Lucy, and their “East Nashville mutt” Booker. In his free time, Tim likes to play hockey, hike and kayak, travel, and experience all that Nashville has to offer.
Anne Louise Branstetter

Growing up singing and dancing, Anne Louise has been passionate about the Arts since she was a little girl. She graduated from Presbyterian College with a Minor in Music, and in Nashville has continued her love for singing by performing in Vox Grata Women’s Choir. After working for several years at a local real estate development firm, Anne Louise has recently become the Director of Client Relations at Ojas Partners, a real estate advisory company.
Since 2017, Anne Louise has channeled her passion for local children and families as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for CASA Nashville. In her free time Anne Louise loves to exercise, be outside, and spend time with friends and her husband, Hunter.
Libby Gardner
Academy of Country Music
Born in Kokomo, IN and raised in both Shelby Township, MI and Allentown, PA, Libby Gardner attended Syracuse University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Television, Radio, and Film. During her time at Syracuse, Libby interned at the Academy of Country Music in the Creative department and following her graduation in 2018 made the move to Los Angeles to continue working for the ACM as a freelance field producer. She later joined the ACM full-time in 2019 as Coordinator, Creative & Content. While in LA, Libby also worked as a production assistant on numerous television shows, ranging from an Investigation Discovery true crime series to the talk show, The Doctors.
Now Nashville based, Libby serves as Manager, Creative & Editorial at the ACM overseeing all editorial, including serving as Editor of ACM Tempo, the quarterly membership magazine, and supervising the digital and print content distributed by the ACM. Libby also manages the organization’s website properties, photo archives, email newsletters and collaborates on digital presence and social strategy
Cara Greene
Dryden Architecture + Design
Cara Greene, native Nashvillian, is the Director of Operations at Dryden Architecture and Design and a member of ULI Nashville where she sits on two committees: Civic Leadership and Private Markets Attainable Housing. She returned to Nashville three years ago after directing the boutique architecture firm SO-IL in Brooklyn, NY for two years.
A lifelong artist, she works in many mediums including ceramics and stained glass, drawing inspiration from traditional crafts and feminist artists such as Judy Chicago. She was a Nashville Metro Arts Thrive Panelist in 2021 and has held many volunteer positions with New York based arts nonprofits such as The Creative Center, The Beat Within, and Materials for the Arts.
Samuel Harris

Samuel Harris is a strategic and analytical finance professional with 5 years of success in commercial banking, client performance analysis and accounts reconciliation. Samuel attended Mississippi Valley State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance.
He earned a Master’s in Finance from Tennessee State University. At Fifth Third Bank, Samuel helps companies structure financing, efficiently manage capital and navigate variable market conditions. MD and Cobalt Blue
Matthew MD McCoy is what happens when roots reggae and hip-hop meet a professor of theology. Much like his tresses, he represents the intertwining of faith that liberates, rebelling against willful ignorance and injustice.
Matthew taught at Fisk University and Tennessee State University between 2001-2019. He stood in his authenticity by showing students that it is possible to mix academic astuteness with artistic disposition. He is an educator, scholar, musician, producer, songwriter, emcee, artist, and an active member of his community. He has worked with and encouraged youth in various outreach programs throughout Nashville, Tennessee. He is also the leader of the band MD and Cobalt Blue who present a dynamic blend of reggae, hip-hop and soul.
Angela McDowell
I Love Paperwork!
Angela McDowell is the founder of I Love Paperwork, LLC, a literary service provider for grant writing, academic research and papers, and assistance on forms and applications.
A Fisk University alum, Angela is deeply involved in the creative community, serving as Secretary for the North Nashville Arts Coalition and as an Artistic Evaluator for the Minnesota State Arts Board. She is a gifted writer and self-described and self-authorized veteran 37208 performing artist and culture bearer.
Caitlin Mello
Nashville SC
Local artist and designer Caitlin Mello has spent the past two years as Creative & Marketing Director for Nashville Soccer Club, our city’s professional soccer team. She is currently working as one of six women artists on The Creative Girls Rock Mobile Mural Project through a Thrive Grant awarded to the group by The Metro Arts Commission, and is proud to be a founding board member for the North Nashville Arts Coalition.
Miss Mello started her career working for Urban Latino Magazine and Allure Magazine, and has worked for two decades in creative capacities from advertising agencies to nonprofit organizations. She has lived in Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Barcelona, Cuzco and eventually moved back to her roots in Nashville. Her fine art was recognized by Nashville Arts Magazine in 2018, and was featured in a pop up block printing show at The Frist Art Museum with EXO:DUS artist Elisheba Israel Mrozik on the Blood at the Root exhibit. Caitlin is committed to “Movement by Art,” a term she uses for representation and collaborative, community-lead energy into all aspects of her professional and artistic life.
Casey Miller

Casey Miller is an attorney practicing at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. She has a diverse legal practice focused on contract disputes, intellectual property litigation, product liability, competitive practices disputes, commercial real estate litigation, business tort claims, privacy matters, and government and internal investigations. Casey holds a Finance degree from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and attended Vanderbilt University for law school.
In her spare time, Casey enjoys SCUBA diving, trying new restaurants, and college football. She also loves to travel and enjoys weekend hikes with her rescue pup. Casey has lived in Nashville for over ten years and truly loves this city. She is looking forward to getting more involved and serving the local arts community.
Lakesha Moore

After earning her degrees at Washington University in St. Louis (B.F.A.) and University of Tennessee, Knoxville (M.F.A.), Lakesha completed her education studies at Lipscomb University (M.Ed).
Before joining Fisk University as Gallery Coordinator, Lakesha served as Assistant Professor and Art Education Coordinator in Tennessee State University’s Art & Design Department. Lakesha believes strongly in mentorship, youth empowerment and has had the privilege of leading workshops for all ages.
Elisheba Israel Mrozik
One Drop Ink Tattoo Parlour and Gallery
Elisheba Israel Mrozik is a fine artist and International award-winning Tattooist. In 2011, Elisheba became the first licensed black tattoo artist in Middle Tennessee and opened One Drop Ink Tattoo Parlour and Gallery in Nashville, TN with the aim of providing Ink for All. She has shown fine art at the Frist Art Museum and Fisk University’s Carl van Vechten Gallery among others. Now the 2020 Nashville Emerging Leader Award winner is shifting her focus to providing fine art with community purpose in the form of large scale public art and community engagement.
Elisheba is an active member of the community and Director of the North Nashville Arts Coalition sponsoring charitable events, teaching art classes, supporting schools and other community building endeavors to support and grow the careers of artists of color and artists in underserved communities. Elisheba’s purpose is to leave a sustainable and substantial impact organization to those creatives in need in a place she loves.
Sordum Ndam

Sordum Ndam grew up in Nashville and graduated from Belmont University before earning her JD from Florida State University, Order of the Coif. She then graduated from Northwestern Law with a Tax LLM with honors. She now practices renewable energy (under supervision until she is licensed) at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings. She is a member of the Frist Art Museum and loves supporting local restaurants and artistry.
Beth Ostrowski
KCI Technologies
Beth Ostrowski serves as the Regional Practice Leader for the transportation group of KCI Technologies, Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee. A graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Beth has more than 13 years’ experience as a traffic and transportation engineer. For the first decade of her career, Beth worked on a broad range of transportation projects, including design work, signal timing optimization, traffic impact studies, and intelligent transportation systems.
Beth has worked at KCI Technologies since 2017. During her tenure with KCI, she has worked with both public and private sector clients. The vast majority of her work, however, has been on private development traffic impact analysis. Beth is passionate about this work; she loves solving problems and doesn’t back down in the face of a challenge. She prides herself in her ability to see each project from multiple angles and works to find solutions that meet the developer’s intent and desires while creating the best solution for all modes of road users. Beth lives in Nashville with her husband, Patrick, and their two daughters, Harper (7) and Clara (5). Outside of transportation engineering, Beth is passionate about dance, music, and live theatre. She was a founding member of Ignite Dance Company, located in Nolensville, TN and a member of the Nashville In Harmony choir for one season. During her time at Marquette University, she volunteered for five years with VSA Arts as a choir member and assistant.
Brock Stetzner
Elliott Davis
Prior to joining Elliott Davis in November 2021, Brock Stetzner held an auditing role in Portland, OR at Moss Adams, LLP for four years focusing primarily in the manufacturing sector. He holds a BS from University of Montana and a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Montana. He is a certified public accountant in the states of Oregon and Tennessee.
Outside of public accounting he enjoys staying active, going to concerts and trying new restaurants with his friends.
