Project Management

Empowering businesses to connect with artists and communities through expert project management services!

We specialize in helping businesses and organizations engage artists by expertly managing calls for art, RFQs (Requests for Qualifications), RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and much more. Our project management services ensure that processes are not only efficient but also more equitable, reaching a wider, more diverse audience. By developing comprehensive project plans, handling community outreach, managing online submissions, and overseeing review panels, we streamline the artist selection process. This allows businesses and organizations to connect with the right talent while fostering inclusivity and breaking down barriers that often limit access for early-career and emerging artists.

Our tailored approach helps businesses enhance their cultural presence and build meaningful connections within the Greater Nashville creative community. By intentionally creating opportunities for a broader range of artists, we support projects that reflect diverse voices and perspectives. Whether you’re looking to increase brand engagement or contribute to community impact, we ensure your initiatives are both innovative and equitable, providing access to artists from all backgrounds and experience levels.

ABC x NSC Community Art Initiatives
Nashville Soccer Club
The Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville, in collaboration with Nashville Soccer Club (NSC), invites local artists to participate in the annual Soundwaves Gallery exhibition at GEODIS Park. Located in the VIP Suites Corridor, the gallery provides a high-visibility platform for artists to showcase their work throughout each NSC season. In addition to the gallery, the Arts & Business Council works with NSC to select local artists to create exclusive Matchday posters and has also run an RFQ for a mural at GEODIS Park and exterior banners for the parking garage adjacent to the stadium.

Waste Less–Mural Project
Urban Green Lab
The Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville partnered with Urban Green Lab to manage the Waste Less–Mural Project’s Food is Community-themed mural at The Turnip Truck’s Charlotte Avenue location. This project aimed to raise awareness about sustainability, specifically focusing on reducing food waste, as part of Urban Green Lab’s broader mission to promote environmental education in Nashville. The mural, which faces Richland Park, was launched with a community celebration that included low-waste cooking demos, live music, and educational opportunities. The Arts & Business Council provided critical project management support, ensuring the seamless execution of the initiative with more murals planned for the future.

Women’s Health Week Call for Art
Tennessee Department of Health
In recognition of Women’s Health Week, the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville worked closely with the Tennessee Department of Health to invite Tennessee-based artists to submit portfolios for an advocacy campaign. Artists with personal connections to women’s health issues were especially encouraged to apply. The campaign explored themes of empowerment, self-care, prevention, and awareness. Selected artists were invited to propose original artwork, with one artist’s proposal chosen for a statewide awareness campaign focused on the importance of women’s health and wellness.
