After weeks of preparation, eight talented artist entrepreneurs will put their training to the test when they take the stage to pitch their arts businesses to the community at this capstone event for the Periscope: Artist Entrepreneur Training program.
Throughout the evening, select artists from the 2017 Periscope class will share about their artistic work, business models, and key needs. Tim Ozgener is set to emcee, and our all-star panel of judges will provide insights along the way. Judges include Andrew Goldner, Andrew Mitchell, Jamaal Sheats and Kathryn Wilkening.

Throughout the evening, additional Periscope 2017 class members will display their work and chat about their creative businesses in our Entrepreneur Gallery, including:
Rebekah Alexander (performance art), Richard Barrow (photography), Chip Boles (visual art), Andrés Bustamante (visual art), Danielle Duer (visual art), Jordan Holland (music), Kristin McCalley (drama/theatre), Alysha Malo (multi-disciplinary), Jama Mohamed (multi-disciplinary), Tony Perrin (jewelry), Saran Thompson (music), and Donna Woodley (visual art).
At the end of the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to cast their vote to determine the winner of the People’s Choice and Pitch Perfect awards, in addition to finding out the winner of the Judge’s Award. All ticket sale proceeds go directly to the artists and three winners will walk away with crowdfunded awards. Your $20 ticket also comes with tasty local treats and libations!
