Pay Your Monthly Admin Fee
If there isn’t enough money in your fiscally sponsored account to cover your monthly administrative fee, you can pay it online directly HERE. Just select your project from the list of projects and you will be taken to a form to submit the fee.
Request a Reimbursement Check

Please note that the Arts & Business Council does not make direct payments to collaborators or vendors. Checks can be made to the project director or the project itself.  If you have questions or concerns, feel free to email info@abcnashville.org.

Submit Your Quarterly Activities Report

All projects must submit a quarterly activities report through the online form no later than the 15th of the following month.  (Reports are due Oct. 15, Jan. 15, April 15 for Q1 activities (Jan 1-Mar 31), July 15 for Q2 activities (Apr 1 – Jun 30), October 15 for Q3 activities (Jul 1 – Sep 30), and January 15 for Q4 activities (Oct 1 – Dec 31).

Annual surveys are due each year by July 15.

Approve Grant Opportunity/Request Letter of Support
We need to receive this form at least 10 business days before your submittal deadline. Use this form to let us know when you have a proposal in the works, and what materials you need from the Arts & Business Council. Materials commonly required by a fiscal sponsor include proof of our tax exempt status and an agreement letter stating that we will manage funds on your project’s behalf.

If you are submitting this form in fewer than 10 business days, please be aware that we must charge a rush fee of $100. Requests made fewer than 2 business days in advance may be denied.

Request an Acknowledgment Letter
Use this form to request tax-receipt thank you letters for your project’s donors. Donations of $250 or more are automatically acknowledged. You can also issue your own acknowledgements for donations of less that $250, using language available in your program manual.

Use this form to request promotion of your project’s activities or events on the Arts & Business Council’s social media channels or e-newsletter.
