This Tennessee Film & Entertainment Webinar will feature industry experts discussing the benefits and practical applications of fiscal sponsorship as a fundraising tool for independent filmmakers and documentarians in Tennessee. Attendees will hear short presentations from representatives of various fiscal sponsorship programs followed by an engaging panel discussion including a filmmaker and/or documentarian. The event will conclude with a live Q&A session providing participants with the opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable insights from the panelists.

Lynda Evjen
President, Nashville Women in Film & Television
As an Actress, Lynda Evjen began her career over 60 years ago. With credits that include, SNAPPED, Code 207, What’s the Matter with Gerald? And classics like Two Mules For Sister Sara and Rio Lobo, her career has been storied and satisfying. Her work also includes live theatre and tours with the Dallas Repertory Theatre, San Jose Repertory Theater and the USO.

She is a graduate of Stella Adler and the Actors Theatre in San Francisco and has a Masters in Theatre Arts from the University of Texas. She has taught acting at UC Santa Barbara, as well as Schools in Sumner County, Tennessee, and Santa Clara California. Today, she is a Board member of Film-Com, Actor-Com, AFFT, plus founder of Holidayfest of Sumner County. Lynda was awarded Outstanding Actress by The Film Commission of California.

Lynda spearheaded the Southern Women in Film and Television Summit as a means to bring together all of the Southern chapters of Women in Film. Lynda also is a founder of Actor-Com, an organization that provides seminars and one-on-ones mentoring with Casting Directors from around the country. She lives in Sumner County where she serves as an Ambassador for the Hendersonville Chamber and is a founder of HolidayFest of Sumner County, which hosts local events and fundraisers for local nonprofits.

Angela Green
Executive Director, On Location: MEMPHIS
Angela D. Green is an attorney in Memphis, TN and Executive Director of On Location: Memphis, Inc. (OL:M), which is a non-profit known for producing the International Film and Music Festival in Memphis for 17 years. In 2019, OL:M launched the Memphis Music Banq, which is a music licensing house for Film, TV and other visual media. In 2021, OL:M launched The Auteur Club, which is an online networking and resource platform for filmmakers and composers pursuing careers within the film and music industry.

Over the years Ms. Green has represented or worked with such artists and entertainment companies such as Larry Dodson, lead vocalist for the Bar-Kays, The Funk Masters Tour, Mr. Del, Mali Music, Lil Rounds, Black Rock Revival, D’Mario, The Tennessee Mass Choir and various other artists and companies across the country. She has served as a guest panelist for the Franklin International Film Festival, International Black Film Festival, Memphis Music Foundation, Memphis Music Commission, Atlanta Gospel Fest, Bobby Jones Gospel Industry Retreat and NABFEME.

Angela Green earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Telecommunications from Purdue University, West Lafayette in 1994, and her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis in 1998. In August of 2000, Ms. Green opened The Green Law Firm where her areas of legal practice are Entertainment, Real Estate and Corporate.

Jonathan Harwell-Dye
Director of Programs, Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville
Working at the intersection of art and business, Jonathan Harwell-Dye is passionate about supporting artists and arts organizations, building equitable communities, and living a creative life. He aligns his passion and purpose as director of programs for the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville overseeing the overall strategy and day-to-day management of key programs providing resources, opportunities, and education for Nashville’s thriving creative sector.

With a diverse professional background, Jonathan previously served as the senior communications manager for a global art and design university, as well as the director of communications for a nonprofit arts organization and local arts agency. His journey began as a graphic artist in the newspaper industry, progressing through roles such as online manager, creative director, and editor.

Jonathan’s educational foundation includes a B.F.A. in interdisciplinary studies/scientific illustration from the University of Georgia, along with certification in creative placemaking from The Ohio State University. Further enriching his knowledge, he studied business design and arts leadership at the Savannah College of Art and Design, completing graduate-level coursework in business, finance, accounting, and strategic decision-making.

Jonathan is married to Stacey Harwell-Dye, the pastor of mercy and justice ministries at West End United Methodist Church in Nashville, Tennessee. Their home is shared with a sweet huskydoodle named Cici and an adorable toddler whose boundless energy keeps them on their toes every day.

Trey McClarnon
Writer/Producer/Filmmaker & Commissioner, Nashville Music, Film, and Entertainment Commission

Trey is a writer, producer, and filmmaker, and also a seasoned legal expert with over 10 years’ experience as a litigation attorney. Trey co-founded Best Part Productions with his brother, Chad, in Nashville in 2010. During that time, he’s co-written and produced six short films and the upcoming feature horror film The Other People. He is passionate about developing and supporting the film community in Nashville. He serves on the Nashville Music, Film, and Entertainment Commission, and as an artist liaison for the Arts and Business Council of Nashville.
