Nashville’s arts ecosystem is made up of artists, arts organizations, civic institutions, and supporters doing meaningful work across the city, often in separate spaces with limited opportunities to connect. Nashville: A Creative Path Forward offers a chance to gather as a community across roles and experiences, creating space for connection and shared awareness.
Hosted by the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville and facilitated by Elevate Consulting, the third installment of the Salon Series will be an informal, interactive, drop-in experience, allowing participants to engage at their own pace.
Through guided prompts and shared reflection, participants will explore the varying needs and priorities across our broad creative ecosystem and opportunities to support unified arts advocacy efforts across Nashville. Conversations are designed to encourage listening, perspective sharing, and dialogue across disciplines with the goal of building community and discovering areas of alignment that can guide future work.
Nashville: A Creative Path Forward provides a seat at the table for:
- Artists and creatives
- Arts organizations and nonprofit representatives
- Civic leaders
- Funders, partners, and supporters of the arts
- Any community member interested in Nashville’s creative future
No prior experience or affiliation is required to participate. Be a part of a connected approach to arts advocacy, and help shape Nashville’s creative path forward.
About the Salon Series
The Arts & Business Council’s Salon Series is designed to spark conversation, gather insight, and build community across Nashville’s creative sector. Each gathering spotlights a different area of the creative economy. It’s a space to connect, share ideas, and shape the future of the arts in our city.
The Salon Series is made possible by funding support from the Tremaine Foundation.
